Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling: Bookings are by appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and service. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services or group bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if 24-hour notice is given. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability.
